Gallery Cellar was opened in 1989 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture Japan. In 2009, we moved to Tokyo and opened the gallery and the viewing space in Ginza.We often considered it as a mission to keep tuning into the scene of the ages.We have been working on finding young artists and actively introducing them.

Since opening we had many exhibition and participated in many art fairs in domesticand overseas.Through the exhibition and the art fair, we think we could give Asian artist of new　generation a chance.

By supporting our gallery artists, our gallery artists as well as the artists who were related to us in the past have been taking an active part to worldwide now.

On the other hand, we pay attention to the artists who have not been evaluated in Japanese Art History enough. We have been working for the introduction for them these several years, too.

We hope that people would perceive the power and new "beauty" that scene invents.
